Chinese firm aigo is planning to release a Android tablet called the N700 that will be equipped with NVIDIA’s Tegra 2. The N700 is powered by an ARM Cortex A9 1GHz processor, 512MB RAM, and the Tegra 2 graphics chip. It comes with a 7-inch 800×480 multitouch display and up to 32GB internal memory.
The aigo N700 supports Bluetooth, WiFi and optional 3G WWAN connectivity and offers a 1.3 Megapixel webcam, a microSD card slot, a USB port and HDMI output. Android 2.1 will be the OS.
