JVC Verite DT-V17G1Z
JVC announced two new Verite G series professional LCD monitors, including the 17-inch DT-V17G1Z and the 24-inch DT-V24G1Z, both designed for broadcast, studio, mobile, and field applications. Based on IPS LCD panel, these monitors offer 178/178-degree wide viewing angle.
JVC Verite DT-V24G1Z
The DT-V17G1Z features 1366×767 WXGA resolution, 350cd/m2 brightness, 900:1 contrast ratio, 8ms response time while the DT-V24G1Z boasts 1920×1200 Full HD pixels, 400cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 5ms response. Both models have 10-bit 1080p processing and built-in 1Wx2 speakers. You can also expect built-in waveform/vectorscope, Dual-Link HDSDI capability, LTC/VITC time code, digital closed captioning.
The DT-V17G1Z and DT-V24G1Z offer two HD/SD SDI inputs, one HD/SD SDI output, DVI-D input as well as RJ-45RS-232C, RS-485 (RJ-45 In and Out) and Make/Trigger (RJ-45 In) external control cnnections. The former is priced at $3,300 and the latter at $4995.
