Sony Optiarc launches two new DVD burners, the slim DRX-S77U we’ve seen before and the AD-7260S half height internal 24X DVD/CD recordable drive. It supports up to 24X max DVD+/-R recording, 12X DVD+/-R Double/Dual layer recording, 8X DVD+RW, 6X DVD-RW, 12X DVD-RAM, and 48X CD-R/RW performance.
The tray-loding Sony AD-7260S use SATA interface and has 2MB cache memory. It comes with buffer under-run protection and LightScribe direct labeling technology.
