It is equipped with premium-grade panel with advanced thermal protection and has a sealed panel design, which provides protection against dust, grease and steam in less than optimal environments
As the replacement to the MultiSync LCD5220, the 52-inch P521 features Full HD 1920×1080 resolution, 2000:1 contrast ratio, up to 700cd/m2 brightness, AmbiBright auto brightness/contrast adjustment, built-in IP tuner, which allows users to stream content up to 1080p directly to the display, and Enhanced Digital Signage Technology Suite.
The NEC P521 offers HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI-D, VGA, BNC (RGBHV), composite, component, S-Video inputs as well as Ethernet, RS-232 in/out, IR and DDC/CI. There is also built-in expansion slot. The professional display sports enhanced video wall capabilities such as TileMatrix, TileComp. The P521 will be available for $2,999 and there is P521-AVT with integrated ATSC/NTCS/Clear QAM tuner.
