Qi Hardware launches its Ben NanoNote (本 NanoNote), its another “copyleft” creation. The device is powered by a XBurst Jz4720 336MHz MIPS-compatible processor, 32MB DRAM and 2GB NAND flash memory. It has a 3-inch 320×240 display and full QWERTY keyboard. You can find also a microSDHC card slot, 3.5mm headphones jack, mini-USB port, integrated speaker and microphone.
As an open device, the Ben NanoNote runs Linux and allows developers to customize. Each Ben is priced at $99.
