Dell launches the new 3D-capable S300W short throw wireless projector. Thanks to built-in support for WiFi 802.11b/g wireless connectivity, the S300w features the so called “Plug-and-Show via USB” function that offers direct and hassle-free projection via USB flash drive plugged into PC using the Application Token wizard.
Dell S300w offers 1280×800 WXGA resolution, 2200ANSI lumens brightness, 2,400:1 contrast ratio, 0.521 wide and tele throw ratio, 80% Typical Uniformity. It can can wirelessly connect up to 20 PCs simultaneously and supports 4-to-1 split-screen projection. The S300w is based on DLP and BrillianColor technologies and comes with OSRAM 190 user-replaceable lamp with up to 5000 hours of life.
Dell S300w has HDMI, S-video, VGA, Composite inputs, one USB slave, one USB Type A and one USB Type B ports, Ethernet port and RSR232 port. It costs $999.
