Acer introduces at the CeBit 2010 the Veriton M680G and Veriton S680G professional desktop PCs designed for business users. The M680G is a micro-tower PC while the S680 can be easily placed underneath the monitor.
Except for their form factor, these two PCs are nearly identical. Powered by Intel’s Core i7, i5 or i3 processor, the M680G and S680G get up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM and up to 1TB of hard drive capacity, DVD burner, and integrated Intel HD graphics. They have a multi-in-one card reader and offers DVI-D videi output.
Acer’s two new Veriton desktops both include one 5.25-inch drive bay, four 3.5-inch drive bays, a PCI Express 2.0 x16, a PCI Express 2.0 x1, and PCI x2 expansion slots. They support RAID 0, 1, 5 ,10 configurations and optional Intel Rapid Storage Technology RAID.
