Russian firm teXet launches the TN-700 GPS navigation device with a 5-inch large touchscreen. Boosted by a 468MHz ARM11 processor, the TN-700 has 64MB SDRAM, a 32MB Flash ROM, 2GB internal memory and supports microSD/SDHC up to 16GB.
The teXet TN-700, other than GPS function, supports audio and video playback, image viewing, e-book reading. It supports Bluetooth for hands-free calling. The device is loaded with maps of over 60 region of Russia and either Navitel Navigator 3 or CityGuide 3.7 navigation software.
