General Imaging unveils the new Power Pro Series X5 ultra-zoom camera to replace the 12x zoom X3. The new GE X5 features a 15x optical zoom lens, along with its 14.1 Megapixel sensor, 2.7-inch LCD display and SD/SDHC card slot.
General Imaging X5 boasts Face Detection, Blink Detection, Smile Detection, Electronic Image Stabilization, Pan-capture panorama and Auto Scene detection functions. It supports PictBridge and ExifPrint. It will be released in Q2 for $149.99.
