Sony introduces the Cyber-shot DSC-H55 digital camera with 10x zoom, alongside the four-proof Cyber-shot TX5. The H55 features a 10x optical zoom Sony G lens with 25mm wide angle, a 14.1 Megapixel CCD image sensor, and a 3-inch Clear Photo LCD display.
The Cyber-shot DSC-H55 includes the Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, and the SteadyShot Active Mode that lets you shoot smoother movie clips even if you are walking while shooting. It includes the Sweep Panorama mode, iAUTO mode and Smile Shutter. Movies are captured in 1280×720 HD resolution at 30fps.
Sony’s H55 is compatible with Memory Stick PRO Duo and SD/SDHC cards. It will be available in April in black and silver and the price is $250.
