QNAP adds to its Turbo NAS line the TS-239 Pro II and TS-439 Pro II mid-range NAS servers. The former has two drive bays while the latter offers four bays, supporting both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch SATA hard drives.
QNAP’s new NAS servers are powered by 1.66GHz Intel Atom D410 processor, 1GB of RAM and 512MB flash memory. They have two Gigabit Ethernet ports, five USB 2.0 ports and two eSATA ports. These Turbo NAS devices are compatible with VMware’s vSphere4 (ESX 4.0) and supports iSCSI service, SPC-3 Persistent Reservation, SAMBA/ FTP Access and IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6).
