NEC, other than the PA241W, announced the AccuSync AS171 LCD display, replacing the ASLCD73VX-BK. The 17-inch eco-friendly LCD display joins other new members in the AccuSync series the 19-inch AS191, AS191WM and 22-inch AS221WM.
The NEC AS171 features 1280×1024 resolution, 900:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time, and offers VGA and DVI inputs. It consumers 21 percent less power and has 50percent less mercury content than its predecessor.
The NEC AccuSync AS171 is priced at $159.
