Ambiance is going to release the Digibook ADB-106 e-book reading device. Based on Samsung’s ARM9 Core processor, the device has 64MB of RAM and runs Linux 2.6 OS. The Digiboook ADB-106 features a 6-inch 600×800 e-ink display with 16bit Greyscale and a SD/MMC card slot.
The ADB-106 supports most e-book and text formats, including TXT, PDF, EPUB, RTF, TCR, PDB, PRC,MOBI, OPF, OEB,HTM, HTML, CHM,FB2, DJVU, IW44, IW4, DJV. It includes also MP3 player and image viewer that can open JPEG, PNG, TIF, GIF, BMP files.
