Super Talent announce the new CFast series high-speed CompactFlash memory card. Super Talent’s new CFast has a bandwidth of 375MB/s which is four times more than the fastest High Speed 600x (90MB/s) CompactFlash.
In total there five CFast cards, 8GB and 16GB based on SLC (Single Level Cell) flash and 8GB, 16GB and 32GB based on MLC (Multi Level Cell) flash. These cards support up to 200MB/s transfer speeds.
