Pure Digital, maker of the Flip Video camcorder recently acquired by Cisco, introduces the FlipShare TV (model CTV1W), a home video sharing device that brings Flip photos and Flip videos to your HDTV.

The FlipShare TV connects to your TV via the included composite cable or an HDMI cable and the FlipShare TV USB dongle is plugged into a USB port on a PC or Mac. The FlipShare TV utilizes the proprietary 802.11n point-to-pint interface for wireless instant photo/video streaming, without the need of a home wireless network.
