At the FPD International 2009, Samsung shows its ultra slim AMOLED Mobile Displays. The first prototype is the Hybrid Desktop Notebook with a 14-inch AMOLED display. The slim display is just 2.7mm thick and features 1366×768 resolution, 300cd/m2 brightness and 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
Another 7-inch AMOLED display can be found on a netbook. The screen provides 1024×600 resolution, 300cd/m2 brightness and 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio as well. There are also a transparent 176×200 display, a 3.5-inch WVGA curved display, and a 3.5mm thin AMOLED 3D TV with 240Hz refresh rate.
