Plastic Logic is going to launch it QUE proReader, the first e-book reader designed for business professionals. The QUE is the size of an 8.5 x 11-inch pad of paper at about 1/3-inch thick. It comes with the largest touchscreen in the industry and offers an intuitive UI. The shatterproof plastic display of QUE is based on E-ink Vizplex technology.
Plastic Logic QUE is wireless enabled. It supports document formats business users need, such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel documents. The proReader will be sold through Barnes & Noble along with the nook. It provides access to business-oriented QUE e-book store, powered by Barnes & Noble.
Plastic Logic QUE’s specification, availability and pricing will be announced on January 7, 2010 at CES.
