AT&T releases the White version of the BlackBerry Bold (not the Bold 2 9700) smartphone that looks more stylish and sleek. The Bold is a 3G QWERTY phone with HSDPA and quad-band GSM support. It has a 480×320 color LCD display, a 2 Megapixel camera and a SureType QWERTY keyboard. The smartphone includes GPS support and Blackberry maps.
The BlackBerry Bold is boosted by an Intel PXA270 624MHz processor, 128MB Flash memory and 1GB of ROM. It supports Bluetooth and WiFi 802.11b/g. Integrated media player is available and there is a microSD/SDHC card slot. The White BlackBerry Bold is now available from AT&T for $199.99 after mail-in rebate with a 2-year contract.
