Elgato introduces in the UK the new EyeTV DTT Deluxe TV micro-stick. The micro-stick is barely larger than a USB connector, which is probably the smallest full-featured DVB-T tuner stick, comparable to the picoStick.
The EyeTV DTT Deluxu is said to deliver powerful digital TV (DTT or Freeview) reception allowing users to enjoy 720p or 1080i HDTV (MPEG-2/H.264/AVC). It includes telescopic aerial and rod antenna and is even able to record DVB stream unaltered in full MPEG-2/H.264 quality. The micro-stick TV tuner supports DVB-T multilingual programming and Dolby Digital sound.
The Elgato EyeTV DTT Deluxe not only works with Mac, it is also compatible with the latest Windows 7 OS and works with Windows Media Center. It is priced at GBP79.95.
