Sanyo launches two new portable multimedia projectors, the PLC-XM150 and the PLC-XM100, Both projectors are based on 3LCD display technology and utilizes a new optical engine with inorganic liquid crystal panel.
Sanyo’s PLC-XM150 and PLC-XM100 offer 1024×768 WUXGA resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio. They are equipped with Active Maintenance Filter (AMF) system for lower maintenance cost. The XM150 has 6000 ANSI lumens brightness while the XM100 has 5000 ANSI lumens. They have DVI-D (HDCP), D-Sub, Analog RGB, BNC 5-type, BNC 3-type, RCA and S-video inputs as well as USB port, Ethernet LAN port and 3.5mm mini jack.
Sanyo PLC-XM150 will be available in November for $5460 and the PLC-XM100 in December for $4349. There are also lens-less PLC-XM150L and PLC-XM100L priced at $4795 and $3895 respectively.
