JVC launches in the US the new PICSIO GC-FM1 pocket HD video camcorder that is priced at $199.95. The compact PICSIO camcorder features a 8 Megapixel CMOS image sensor, 4x digital zoom, digital image stabilizer, a 2-inch LCD display and a SD/SDHC card slot.
JVC PICSIO GC-FM1 can record 1440x1080p HD video at 30fps and 720p HD video at 60fps in MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format, as MOV file. It has a mini HDMI and AV video outputs and a USB port. The stylish camcorder is available in Black Ice, Blue Steel and Purple Passion colors.
