Ekahau introduces the new T301W, a wristband tag for WiFi-based real time location tracking (RTLT). It is designed to be worn by hospital patients, employees, children and other individuals. The tracking tag allows real-time visibility to a person’s exact location enterprise-wide, with reliable room- and sub-room accuracy.
The T301W is designed to be worn comfortably on a person’s wrist or ankle using a standard hospital wristband that can be attached through slots on both sides of the unit. The tag is waterproof allowing it to be thoroughly sanitized after use. It has a two-color LED, vibration alarm for alerting the person wearing the tag.
The Ekahau T301W Wristband Tag will be available in Q4 for $60.
