Western Digital (WD) introduces the new My Passport Elite portable hard drive that has an illuminated capacity gauge and drive lock indicator. The new Elite comes with a grab-and-go USB dock.
WD’s new My Passport Elite is available in 320GB, 500GB and 640GB capacities. It supports 256-bit hardware-based encryption and is capable of automatic and continuous backup with WD SmartWare software. Three metallic colors, Metallic Red, Metallic Blue and Charcoal Metallic, are available.
Western Digital My Passport Elite is priced at $119.99 for 320GB, $159.99 for 500GB and $169.99 for 640GB.
