Panasonic announced the new PT-AE4000U, a full HD home theater projector for savvy home theater enthusiasts and audio video professionals. The PT-AE4000U features 1920x1080p Full HD resolution, 1600 lumens brightness and 100,000:1 contrast ratio.
Panasonic PT-AE4000U offers 2.0x zoom that casts a 120-inch diagonal image from as short as 3.6 meters (about 11feet) to 7 meters (24 feet) from the screen. The home theater projector includes the exclusive Red-Rich Lamp to increase the overall luminance efficiency of the projector, high precision optical lens unit, Dynamic Iris, Pure Color Filter Pro, and Smooth Screen Technology. Frame Creation 2 feature is also available for creating sharp and clear images of fast moving scenes in sports and action movies.
Panasonic PT-AE4000U has VIERA Link and two programmable 12V trigger terminals. It gets three HDMI inputs with support for x.v.Color and Deep Color. Panasonic PT-AE4000U is priced at $2499.
