FON introduces the new Fonera 2.0n, a “Web Application WiFi router”. The device is FON’s latest WiFi sharing router, supporting 802.11n wireless standard and offers four Ethernet ports and two antennas.
Users can use the Fonera 2.0n to create FON Spot and earn money every time a non-Fonero connects to it. As a Web Application WiFi router, the Fonera 2.0n does torrent download, YouTube video upload while your PC is turn off, via the web-interface. It can also upload photos from any connected USB storage device to Picasa, Facebook, Flickr; and download files from Megaupload, RapidShare. It does also Twitter update when someone has connected to your FON Spot.
Thanks to the USB port, users can also access external hard drive wirelessly. Users can share as many USB devices as they want simple by adding a USB hub. The Fonera 2.0n can even convert a USB 3G or HSDPA dongle to WiFi.
The FON Fonera 2.0n is priced at US$99 or Euro 79.
