Kenwood announced in Japan the C-IP313 CD audio system that comes with an external iPod docking station. The system supports playback of Audio CD, CD-R/RW as well as MP3/WMA CD. It offers 10Wx2 power output.
Kenwood C-IP313 has a memory card slot for SD/SDHC, miniSD, microSD/SDHC and USB port and is able to play MP3 and WMA from cards and USB storage devices. FM tuner is available. The external iPod dock works with iPod Classic, iPod touch, iPod nano, iPod, and iPod mini but not iPhone.
Kenwood C-IP313 will come with a remote control. It will be available in early October.
