After the new Vado HD, Creative announced the Zen X-Fi2 touchscreen portable media player, the successor of the Zen X-Fi. The Zen X-Fi2 features a 3-inch touchscreen display, built-in FM tuner, built-in microphone for voice recording and support for multiple formats, including DivX, XviD, WMV9, FLAC.
The Zen X-Fi2 is available in 8GB ($129.99), 16GB ($179.99) and 32GB ($229.99) capacities and supports microSD cards. It offers A/V output so you can view video or photos on a TV. The PMP has integrated speaker and is able to display RSS content feeds offline.
The Zen X-Fi2 features Creative’s Xtreme Fidelity X-Fi audio technology for delivering “best-sounding” music. X-Fi Crystalizer intelligently restores lost detail, enhances the digital audio content to amazing clarity and delivers the most acoustically natural headphone audio available from a media player.
