Other than the Veriton N260G nettop, Acer launches the Veriton Z280G-EA271CP all-in-one desktop PC for the US commercial market. Powered by Atom platform, the Veriton Z280G has a 18.5-inch widescreen LCD display.
Acer’s Veriton Z280G-EA271CP is boosted by Intel’s Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 2GB RAM and integrated GMA950 graphics. It packs a 160GB hard drive and a DVD SuperMulti burner. It has a multi-in-one card reader and five USB 2.0 ports. The PC supports WiFi 802.11b/g, in addition to Gigabit LAN.
The 18.5-inch display of the Z280G-EA271CP features 1366×768 resolution, 1000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness and 5ms reponse time. Acer Veriton Z280G-EA271CP has a starting price of $499.
