As reported before, Sony is preparing two new e-book readers and here are their detail specs. The Sony PRS300-RC Reader Pocket Edition will have a 5-inch 800×600 display, 512MB internal memory, USB 2.0 connectivity and a battery that allows 7500 page turns.
The PRS600-SC Reader Touch Edition, on the other hand, has a 6-inch 800×600 touchscreen, 512MB memory, integrated English dictionary and a virtual keyboard. It is as thin as 0.4-inch.
Both models support PC and Mac. The PRS-300 and PRS-600 will be priced at $199 and $299 respectively.
