Sony is planning to release two e-book readers, the PRS-300 and PRS-600, as leaked by the service manuals. The Sony PRS-300 has a 5-inch display and 440MB internal memory. It comes without touchscreen, audio and external memory card slot.
The PRS-600, on ther hand, packs a 6-inch touchscreen display, audio output, 380MB internal storage and a SD/MS card slot.
