Chinese company GuoBang (GB) introduces the Freepad X1200, a 12.1-inch netbook powered by Atom. The Macbook Air-like X1200 measures 30mm x 21mm x 24mm, not really impressive compare to MacBook Air. It weighs just 1.35kg with battery. If you want a MacBook Air lookalike with better processor, consider MSI’s X-Slim series.
The GB X1200 boasts an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 120GB/160GB hard drive and integrated Intel GMA950 graphics. It has a 12.1-inch 1366×768 LCD display and a 1.3 Megapixel webcam. It supports WiFi 802.11b/g and a USB Ethernet modem is included.
