AmexDigital introduces the BDR-T28/BDR-S1 portable Blu-ray recorder for MacBook/Pro/Air notebooks. The tray-loading portable Blu-ray burner uses USB 2.0 interface and additional AC power is needed.
Claimed as the world’s fastest slim Blu-ray recorder, the AmexDigital BDR-T28 writes single layer BD-R/R at 4X, dual layer BD-RE/R at 2X and reads BD-ROM at 4X. It can also record to DVD+/-R, DVD+/-RW, DVD+/-R DL, DVD-RAM and CD-R/RW. It supports the green ECO S.M.A.R.T for maximizing battery life and the Quiet Drive technology for reducing noise.
Available in Black and White, the AmexDigital BDR-T28/BDR-S1 will be priced at $599.
