Canon introduces the CXDI-40G COMPACT digital radiography system, the company’s tenth-generation DR offering. The CXDI-40G COMPACT features a LANMIT 10, Scintillator & Amorphous Silicon (a-Si) detector with 17×17-inches imaging area offering 2688×2688 resolution.
It’s 17 X 17-inch imaging area that enables X-ray images to be confirmed on an optional preview monitor approximately three seconds after exposure. Canon’s new DR system offers 14-bit A/D conversion and 12-bit grayscale. It supports Ethernet and is DICOM 3.0 compatible.
