Skyworks announced the new 2-Stage low noise amplifiers that is designed for demanding receiver applications such as global positioning systems (GPS), satellite digital audio radio services, WCDMA and LTE infrastructure platforms. The amplifiers are fabricated using Skyworks’ advanced pHEMT process.
Two models will be available, the SKY65037-360LF, operating from 0.7 to 1.2GHz, and the SKY65040-360LF run from 1.5 to 2.4GHz. They have the flexibility of external tuning to set gain up to 25 dB and supply current adjustment of 30 to 100 mA.
