Team Group adds to its Combo Pro series SSD the 500GB model. Basically, the Combo Pro SSD mounts two 2.5-inch 250GB SSDs in RAID 0 configuration and put them into a single case. The SSD is based on MLC flash memory and uses SATA II interface. It offers 230MB/s read and 160MB/s write speeds.
