What you see above is yet another netbook from Acer that is known as the Aspire One 571. Based on Aspire One D250, the 571 is powered by an intel Atom N280 processor and the Quartics Q1721 Multimedia Coprocessor, which handles H.264 and HD video decoding.
Acer’s Aspire One 571 comes with an optical drive. Unlike most notebooks/netbooks, this new netbook has built-in VMedia drive (on the left hand side of the trackpad, as you can see in the picture). Basically, the VMedia is a 32m Blu-Ray discs, placed in a plastic cartridge with capacity of 1GB.
