Sony launches the new VPL-EX70 and VPL-EX7 3LCD-based projectors. Both of them are equipped with a a short focal-length lens enabling 60-inch large-screen projection from a very short distance of just 1.8m.
Sony’s VPL-EX70 and VPL-EX7 offer 1024×768 XGA resolution, a 1.2x zoom lens, and a 190 W Ultra High Pressure Lamp. The BrightEra VPL-EX70 features up to 2600 Lumens brightness and 900:1 contrast ratio while the VPL-EX7 features 2000 lumens and 500:1 contrast.
