Acer made its slimline Aspire One D250 netbook official at its UK website. The 10.1-inch D250 is just 1-inch (25.4mm) thin and weighs just 1.11kg. Like other Aspire One models, the D250 is powered by an Atom processor, either a 1.6GHz N270 or 1.68GHz N280. It has up to 2GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and integrated graphics.
Aspire One D250 comes with a 10.1-inch 1024×600 LCD display with 200-nit brightness, a 0.3 Megapixel Acer Crystal Eye webcam,, support for both WiFi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth. Users can also get the optional UMTS/HSPA or quad-band GSM/EDGE WWAN module.
Acer’s slim Aspire One D250 is available in four colors, Sapphire Blue, Seashell White, Diamond Black, Ruby Red.
Update: It looks like Acer is also preparing another slim netbook, Aspire One 531.
