Elgato presents the new Turbo.264 HD USB video conversion dongle that supports 1080p Full HD and AVCHD conversions. The Turbo.264 HD has built-in H.264 Encoder and Accelerator.
The Turbo.264 HD converts video files up to 1080p to H.264 video files that are compitable with Apple TV, iPod, iPhone, Sony PSP, YouTube or simply H.264 1080p HD files. It supports various input formats including AVCHD Video, QuickTime, AVI, DV, WMV, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 Program/Transport Stream, MPEG-4, MP4, M4V, H.263, H.264 AVC, Xvid, VIDEO_TS.
The Elgato Turbo.264 HD dongle is for Mac only and uses USB interface. It is priced at $149.95.
