Sony has introduces a new entry-level digital camera, the Cyber-shot DSC-S980 which is missing from the press release. The Cyber-shot DSC-S980 is a 12.1 Megapixel camera with 4x optical zoom, 2.7-inch LCD display, Face detection, and 12MB internal memory.
The S980 can record 320×240 video at 30fps. It supports Memory Srick Duo memory cards. The price is $150.
