Sony adds eight models to its Xplod in-dash CD Receiver lineup, offering iPod and Bluetooth compatibility.
Sony has four models for Xplod GT line of car stereos. They have 52 watts x 4 high-power output and ZAPPIN and Quick-BrowZer for quick navigation.
The high-end CDX-GT930UI features a rear USB-1 wire connection for iPod, iPhone, Walkman and other USB devices, and a rear aux-in. It has a motorized, detachable faceplat and a 4-volt front, rear and sub preamp output.
The CDX-GT730UI , another high-end models offers a front USB-1 connction and aux-in. The affordable CDX-GT530UI comes with connectivity for iPod, two preamp outputs and a front aux-in. The CDX-GT430U has a USB port for connecting USB storage and Walkman but does not support iPod.
You can also find Bluetooth-enabled head units inclduing MEX-BT5700U, MEX-BT3700U, and MEX-BT2700. With Bluetooth, these head units can link up with mobile phone for hands-free talking.
Lastly, there is a larger sized CDX-GT77UI, double-din head unit that offers a maximum power output of 52 watts x 4 and USB-1 wire connection for iPod, iPhone and other music players.
All these new Xplod models are satellite/HD radio ready. They all support CD, MP3, WMA and AAC music file playback.
