NEC Japan announced the new Mate MF all-in-one desktop PC and the UltraLight VC and UltraLight VM notebook PCs.
The NEC Mate MF (model: MY30A/FE-6) is powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 80GB hard drive. It comes with a 17-inch LCD display and a CD-R/RW DVD Combo drive.
Both NEC’s VersaPro UltraLite VC (model: VY12A/C-6)and VersaPro UltraLite VM (model:VY12A/M-6) are powered by Intel’s Core 2 Duo ULV SU9300 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 80GB hard drive. They have a 12.1-inch LCD display. The UltraLite VC comes without optical drive while the UltraLite VM has a DVD burner.
