Sony announced its new PRS-700 Reader Digital Book, joining te PRS-505. Sony PRS-700 features a 6-inch touchscreen with the E-ink technology, and an LED reading light. It comes with internal memory that can store up to about 350 ebooks.
Sony’s new Reader offers an ultra long battery hour that can sustain up to 7500 pages of continous reading on a single charge.
Sony PRS-700 Reader offers search functuon within a document or book, and is able to create notes using the virtual keyboard and highlight text with the included stylus pen. It supports Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, BBeB and other text files.
The Sony PRS-700 will be available for $400 next month.
