Cambridge Audio is going to release in early 2009 its first Blu-ray player, BD640. Cambridge Audio BD640 is a high-end Blu-ray player with support for decoding Dolby Digital EX, DTS ES, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby True HD and DTS HR
surround-sound.
It features also 24fps progressive scan True Cinema for best image quality. The Cambridge Audio BD640 does also DVD upscaling to 1080p.
It comes with HDMI 1.3 output, Ethernet, SPDIF, Toslink and separate dedicated 7.1 and stereo analogue outputs.
