Kapsys, a French company, is going to launch in September the Kapten GPS device that comes with NO screen. The Kapten looks more like a MP3 player and is more suitable for pedestrians than drives. It is powered by SiRF Star III GPS chipset and 4GB of built-in memory. Available in France, the device will have map information of France provided by TeleAtlas.
The Kapsys Kapten offers also Bluetooth hands free, MP3 player and FM Tuner. It will cost around Euro 150.
