After 6, 7 and 8 series, here comes the Series 9 950 LCD HDTVs featuring LED SmartLighting technology. Two models are available, the 46-inch LN46A950 and 55-inch LN55A950. They both have Touch of Color bezel design with charcoal gray accent.
Samsung’s LED-backlit Series 9 950 features a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1, 4ms response time, built-in down-firing speakers with integrated rear woofer, Auto Motion Plus 120Hz technology, UltraClear Panel, and Wide Color Enhancer 2.
The Series 9 offers also InfoLink RSS, SRS TruSurround XT, and 4 HDMI inputs like Samsung’s other new HDTVs.
The Series 9 950 will be available in August. The 6-inch LN46A950 is priced at $3,199.99 while the 55-inch LN55A950 costs $4,199.99.
