This is Samsung’s D980 or D988 mobile phone that offers two SIM card slots. The phone is just a modified version of the Samsung F480/488 touchscreen phone.
Samsung D980/D988 comes with tri-band GSM and EDGE/GPRS support but has no 3g. It has a 2.6-inch touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus and Flash, Bluetooth, and a microSD card slot.
Like the F480, the D980 will have the TouchWiz UI.
