Super Talent launches its FSD56GC25H, the world’s thinnest 256GB Solid State Drive (SSD). The SSD is as thin as 12.5mm, which is 40% thinner than any other 256GB SSD available in the market.
Super Talent’s new SSD offers a maximum of 65MB/sec sequential read speed and 50MB/sec sequential write speed, while it supports also up to 1600G of shock and 16G of vibration, which is about five times greater than typical hard drives.
Super Talent is selling the unit to OEMs, but we will probably see branded unit later.
