Other than SD890 IS, Canon presents also PowerShot SD790 IS compact ELPH digital camera. Like the SD890, SD790 is also a 10 Megapixel camera. It offers 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom, 1600 ISO rating, DIGIC III image processor, Motion detection technology, Face detection technology and a 3-inch LCD screen.
It can capture 640 x 480 videos at 30fps. SD790 IS supports SD, SDHC, MMC memory cards. Available in the end of March, it will be priced at $349.99.
