This is the Sony Handycam HDR-SR12, that comes with a 120GB hard drive. Like the HDR-SR11, the SR12 features a 5.6 megapixel ClearVid CMOS sensor, 12x optical zoom, 150x digital zoom, a 3.2-inch LCD touchscreen and the Face Detection Technology.
The HDR-SR12 is powered by Sony’s BIONZ image processor and it can captures Full HD 1080p videos. The camcorder can record videos in MPEG4 AVC/H.264 format or MPEG2 format.
It supports hybrid recording, meaning that you can record to the internal hard drive or Memory Stick PRO memory cards. It is priced at 1399.99USD.
